We are delighted to get your vehicle in like-new condition! We reserves the right to decline service. The conditions of vehicles are evaluated prior to detailing for pet hair removal, heavy detailing, and interior and exterior extensive cleaning.  For Exclusive Clean Service an upgrade to a detailing or upkeep fee may apply.  

We reserve the right to decline service on:

• Vehicles older than 7 years

• Excessive pet hair, neglect

• Damaged or vehicles with rust or clear coat failure

• Construction/Contractor use vehicles

• Water damaged, mildew, molded smell vehicle

• Excessive dirty, neglect

• Off road use vehicles, mudding

• Any vehicle not approved for add on fees

There is a $75 per hour additional charge for Heavy Detailing, and pet hair removal.

We will text a request for approval if required to upgrade or add charges.
